It seemed they had similar ideas, for Laurent kept Nicaise in his vision also, though surely for different reasons. At Damen's question, laurent looked up. 'Is that truly your first concern?' he asked. Nicaise had been in his custody for no more than hours. Laurent had only just secured him a meal, but not clothes, not a bed. There was so much left to do.
